Firebolt Habanero Sauce was born from my love hot sauce and my Trinidadian roots. I grew up eating all kinds of habanero and scotch bonnet pepper sauces, and as someone who loves to be in the kitchen, it was only a matter of time before I started making own. My goal with this sauce was to strike a nice balance of heat and lots of flavor. After years of people telling me I should bottle and sell it… here it is.
